1. Do I need an account with Western Union Bank to transfer with BANK>>CASH?

You can use your existing account with you housebank and conveniently transfer with online banking, standing instructions or payment form.

2. What advantages do I have with BANK>>CASH

  • You can transfer money from everywhere and whenever you want, e.g. With your online banking or with a payment form from your local bank. For more regular transfers you can even setup a standing instruction from your account.
  • You save time because after your one-time registration, you only need one code to order your transaction. Thus it is not necessary anymore to fill out the complete money transfer forms.
  • The receiver of your transfer, can enjoy the benefits of using our global network. In more than 200 countries and territories – fast, reliable, nearby and in cash.

3. How can I change my personal data or receivers?

Simply send us the completed BANK>>CASH-Change Form with your updated data with post or by fax. You can get this form in your nearest Western Union Bank location or simply download it here.

4. I‘ve lost my receiver codes, how can I get new ones?

Simply send us an email to service(at)westernunionbank(dot)com or call our free hotline at 00800 33 44 33 55 and you will get your codes by registered post within a few days.

5. How do I transfer with BANK>>CASH?

It‘s very easy. As soon as you have received your BANK>>CASH codes, you are able to initiate your BANK>>CASH transfers by domestic bank transfer. Just transfer the amount you want to send (including transfer fees) to Western Union Bank, account number  33 44 33 55; Bank code: 19880. Please note that you need to specify your intended receiver to be able to transfer BANK>>CASH. You do that by filling in the receiver-code in the customer data field of your online banking or in the purpose field on the domestic payment form or your standing instruction.

6. How long will my BANK>>CASH transfer take?

Depending on your housebank, the BANK>>CASH transfer may take between 1 and 3 bank working days.

7. What is the payout currency for my money transfer?

Usually, your money transfer is paid out in local currency. In certain countries you can also choose between US Dollar and/or Euro. Please contact our hotline at 00800 33 44 33 55 or your nearest Western Union Bank location for the availability of currencies in your destination country.

8. How much is the cost for my BANK>>CASH transfer?

* In addition to money transfer fees, Western Union Bank makes money on foreign currency exchange conversions.

9. What are the limits for BANK>>CASH transfers?

The maximum amount you can transfer is €2.500 per transaction (2.540 including transfer fees). Additionally, there is a €6.000 limit per day.

10. Do I have to fill out the money transfer form with each transaction?

No, after you have completed your registration for the BANK>>CASH service, you only need one code to initiate tha money transfer.

11. I have sent to the wrong receiver, how can I change this?
