1. How do I apply?

• Fill in the Registration Sheet that is available at all Western Union Bank locations.
• Return the completed form to the Western Union Bank employee.
• You will receive your Gold Card number and start immediately to earn points for your transactions.
• After a few weeks, you will receive your permanent Western Union® Gold Card together with your Welcome Pack.

4. How do I receive my rewards?

It’s as easy as 1-2-3! Just call our Customer Service Center: 0800 297 579*

1. Choose either a discount on a transaction fee or phone time.
2. Ask the operator how much phone time** or fee discount you can receive with the points you have already earned.
3. If you choose a discount on a future Western Union® Money Transfer transaction fee, your discount will be made immediately available to you. You can use it on your next Western Union® Money Transfer transaction at any participating Agent location or on another transaction in the future.  Or, if you choose phone time, simply call the access number provided by Western Union, and follow the easy instructions. You can now call anyone you want anywhere in the world just by calling the access number.
